Nationale-Nederlanden Schadeverzekering Maatschappij N.V. and NN Non-Life Insurance N.V. join forces

July 1, 2023 - Following the merger of NN Non-Life Insurance N.V. and Nationale-Nederlanden Schadeverzekering Maatschappij N.V. as of 1 July 2023, all insurance policies have been transferred to Nationale-Nederlanden Schadeverzekering Maatschappij N.V. This merger was approved by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), after consultation with the Belgian National Bank (NBB).
