Managing, supervising and controlling the operational processes within Client Service & Technology and providing relevant company data to, challenging and advising the Operations management, aiming at supporting the realization of the agreed financial plans and business objectives of the assigned business unit

You will:

  • actively contribute to the development and translation of the Client Service & Technology policy and strategy into concrete measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per process and per team
  • As a partner of the business, determine the policy and elaborate concrete objectives to support the management and team leaders, including budgets, SLAs, standard times, expected process improvements, this from the various IT and business change initiatives  
  • be responsible for the dimensioning and continuous improvement of processes within the framework of the Operating Model with necessary preparation, execution and supervision of performance and prediction models (understand: planning tools)
  • advise management and team leaders on the interpretation of results and processes, in a positive and critical way
  • take care of the periodic reporting based on dashboards and scorecards that contribute to the policy and sound management decisions

You have

  • a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic direction with specific experience
  • a very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
  • a helicopter view and preferably an affinity with processes
  • experience with BI applications: PowerBI
  • a strong knowledge of MS Office: knowledge of VBA is definitely an asset
  • experience and knowledge of the Agile methodology
