Claims Handler Car
NN Insurance Services is looking for a positive and dynamic Claims Handler for our Non Life Claims Customer Services Department! Would you like to assist customers over the phone who have suffered damages? Do you want to help and support them for the duration of the management of their files? If so, you are definitely the customer-orientated colleague we are looking for!
- be the first point of contact for the customer.
- advise the customer and communicate using the most appropriate form of communication (phone, post, e-mail).
- open files on the basis of claims made over the phone or by post.
- take responsibility for monitoring the claim file until its conclusion.
- keep in touch with agencies, experts, etc.
- approach the various parties in the most customer-friendly manner, respecting internal agreements.
- research customer requests and suggest solutions.
- contribute to the improvement of the internal division of tasks.
- deliver customer-orientated service, both in terms of the quality of outgoing communication and in terms of processing time.
- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Call centre experience is a plus.
- perfect written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- a good basic knowledge of Office tools.
- communicative, both on the phone and in writing.
